I thoroughly enjoyed the place, it was spotless & the staff were polite and courteous. Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Jakarta.

Marvellous location really close to international restaurants, the train station, and a mall, I felt safe. West Jakarta district was worth exploring. The room with nice view. Having hairdryers and terrycloth bathrobes was a bonus.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor.

All in all they offer excellent service. The location is great and the staff is polite.

Decent and comfortable location, so close to the airport. Beautiful and impeccable room with a pleasant view from the window. The pool area is great too.

Booked a room with nice views, and the staff were accommodating people at this hotel security. The location was UNBEATABLE, the breakfast was marvellous.

that was exceptionally comfortable hotel set in pretty nice area, close to good local and international restaurants and the green mall and the international airport. the breakfast was local and marvellous, a wide range of outstanding food. the service was excellent with parking right by. we really used free wi-fi in all rooms. the location was great and the atmosphere was quiet. easily reached warung rawit, located just a short stroll away from the venue, had lunch/dinner there.

Appreciated marvellous breakfasts, and exceptionally clean hotel.

Our room was extremely spacious with comfy bed and nice view, for instance and met my needs.

By and large, it was nice comfy base for sightseeing in Jakarta, had much fun and met outstandingly accommodating staff at this hotel security...

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. the location was perfect, being close to the airport and right next to a shopping mall. This made it incredibly convenient for me to explore the city and find everything I needed. Additionally, the staff were exceptional. They were warm, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The attention to detail in the rooms, with a comfy bed and a nice view, was also greatly appreciated. Lastly, the breakfast spread was delicious and had a great variety of options to choose from.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel near Jakarta's airport. The location was convenient for my travels, as it was just a short taxi ride away. The staff at this hotel were incredibly warm, friendly, and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to assist me with finding a souvenir shop and even ordered a flag and magnets for me when I couldn't find what I needed. The service provided by the security, housekeepers, and front desk staff was exceptional. The rooms were clean and well-appointed, with a comfy bed and a nice view of the city. The hotel also had a lovely pool on the fifth floor, with plenty of seating and a nearby gym. Additionally, the breakfast buffet offered a great variety of options to start the day right.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was wonderful, and I couldn't find anything to complain about.

We had a great city trip and stayed in a hotel that offered complimentary gym facilities and a delicious breakfast spread. The location of the hotel was perfect as it was conveniently close to shopping areas and restaurants. The rooms were also very comfortable, clean and stylishly decorated.

We were disappointed by the lack of pool facilities and when we asked about it, we were informed that it was under maintenance. Although the staff did offer to bring us to another hotel with a pool, the pool was only available for certain hours and did not really suit our needs.

The staff were warm, friendly, and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to assist me, ordering a flag and magnets for my son and providing helpful information about currency exchange. The pool and gym facilities were great, and the hotel's location connected to a mall made it convenient to access restaurants and shops. The service was excellent, with a provided baby crib and a good breakfast. a great value for the price.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

During my Christmas vacation, I stayed in a hotel with two impressive features. The location was great, being close to the airport and transportation hubs. Plus, there were several restaurants near the hotel where I was able to enjoy plenty of delicious meals during my stay. Another great aspect of the hotel was that it had a nice gym where I could work out and improve my fitness.

The location of the hotel was not convenient for me because I wanted to walk to different locations, especially during the Christmas holiday. the area where the hotel was situated appeared rundown and uninviting.
